Falls Church Male Charged With Setting Fires
Fire investigators have charged Michael A. Guenther, 51, 5800 block of Glen Forest Drive, Falls Church, with intentionally setting an outside fire and setting a fire under a dwelling in a crawl space, in the 5800 block of Glen Forest Drive, Wednesday, May 4, 2011.
Guenther is charged with two counts of 18.2-86, fire capable of spreading; and one count of 18.2-77/18.2-26, attempted burning of an occupied building. The fires occurred between April 16, and May 1, 2011.
According to fire investigators there was no damage to property.
Guenther is being held at the Fairfax County Adults Detention Center without bond.
