Man Charged in Springfield Townhouse Fire

Date:  January 23, 2014

The fire occurred November 19, 2013, and caused approximately $300 in damage to the outside of the townhouse. There were no injuries.

Parker is charged with burning an occupied dwelling, Virginia Code 18.2-77, a class three felony, and setting a fire capable of spreading, Virginia Code 18.2-86, a class six felony.
