Juveniles Charged in Setting Fire

Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department fire investigators charged two Chantilly area youths with setting a fire, Monday, April 7, 2014. The 13 and 14 year-old youths are charged with Virginia Code 18.6-86, setting fire to woods, grass, bushes, and 18.6-88, carelessly damaging property by fire.

The charges are in connection to an outside fire near townhouses on March 15, 2014, at approximately 8:45 p.m. in the 4100 block of Chantilly Lace Court.

Damage was estimated at $200.
