The Homeownership & Relocation Services Division is the unit of the Fairfax County Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) that is charged with bringing affordable homebuying opportunities to Fairfax County's eligible first-time homebuyers. The Homeownership Division provides homebuyer counseling, hosts homebuying education classes, and has programs that offer affordably priced homes, mortgage and downpayment and closing cost assistance.
All HELP-Silver Lining Orientation sessions have been rescheduled.

We have made an effort to contact currently enrolled clients by phone, email and regular mail.
If you were enrolled in one of these orientations, we have automatically reserved a spot for you in the corresponding rescheduled session. If you are not currently enrolled all sessions are currently full. We are not taking registrations at this time.
Homeownership Resource Center
The Homeownership Resource Center (AKA "the Storefront") provides access to both computers and staff members to help first-time homebuyers in their home search. The Storefront is located in the Redevelopment Housing Authority Building at 3700 Pender Drive, Fairfax, Virginia.
