Presentation of the Colors by the Army Color Guard
The U.S. Army Continental Color Guard and an element from the Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps will present and retire the Colors at the beginning of the Board of Supervisors meeting.

Presentations to Community Groups and Individuals
The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors will recognize:

  • Lake Braddock Secondary School Track Teams for their accomplishments
  • David Eisenman for his years of service to the community
  • Eileen Curtis for her years of service as the president and CEO of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce
  • Frank Vajda for his years of service on the Park Authority Board

Proclamations
The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors will designate:

  • July 9-15 as Army Week
  • July as Park and Recreation Month
  • September as Suicide Awareness Month
