From Washington, D.C., or Maryland via Chain Bridge Road:
Cross the Potomac over Chain Bridge into Virginia. Turn right at the stoplight at the end of the bridge onto Chain Bridge Road (Route 123 South). Travel approximately five miles and turn right onto Lewinsville Road. Take an immediate right turn at the next stoplight onto Balls Hill Road. The McLean Governmental Center is immediately on your right.
From the Inner Loop of the Beltway and Tysons Corner area:
From the Virginia side of the Beltway (Falls Church, Springfield, Annandale, Alexandria, etc.), take Exit 11, Route 123 North into McLean (not South for Tysons Corner). Go through the three stoplights; at the fourth stoplight get into the double left-turn lane (use right lane), and turn onto Lewinsville Road. Take an immediate right turn onto Balls Hill Road. The McLean Governmental Center is immediately on your right.
From “downtown” McLean:
Take Old Dominion Drive into McLean and turn left onto Dolley Madison Boulevard (Route 123). At the next stoplight, turn right onto Lewinsville Road, and then take an immediate right turn onto Balls Hill Road. The McLean Governmental Center is immediately on your right.
