Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) at Braddock Glen

Effective February 6, 2012, the Fairfax County Health Department's
Braddock Braddock Glen Adult Day Health Care center (located at 4027-B
Olley Lane, Fairfax, Va.) is being operated by Inova Health System.
The Health Department continues to offer Adult Day Health Care Program
services at five other
locations in Fairfax County. For more information about the

Inova Health System is Northern Virginia's first PACE Administrator. PACE provides a full range of preventive, primary, acute and long term care services that enable frail older individuals to live in the community as independently as possible.

Virginia's PACE program works in partnership with other organizations to
ensure the health, safety and welfare of its participants. The Centers
for Medicare
and
Medicaid (CMS) and the National PACE Association help the Department
of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS), the state administering
agency, and Virginia PACE programs carry out the services that will
enable participants to live safely and appropriately in their homes and
communities.
