TextChapter 69-1 Water Recreation Facilities Ordinance (Pools)
The Board of Supervisors adopted the proposed amendments to Chapter 69.1 Water Recreation Facilities Ordinance of the Fairfax County Code on February 28th, 2005. The amendment of Chapter 69.1 is a region-wide approach from Fairfax County, Arlington, City of Alexandria, and Loudoun County in regulating water recreation facilities in the region and became effective March 1, 2005.
