Family planning services can also help you as you decide if and when you want to have a baby. Plan First is a program administered by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
How Do I Get More Information About Plan First & Sign Up?
- Visit Virginia’s Department of Medical Assistance Services' (DMAS) website.
- On the DMAS web page (pictured below), click on the plus sign next to the words "Plan First" to expand the options where you will find more information about the Plan First program, including applications.
To apply, you may print out the application below, fill it out, and bring it to one of the Fairfax County Health Department or Department of Family Services locations, or simply mail the application to:
