Implementation Committee

The Implementation Committee for the Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness will develop recommendations for carrying out the strategic plan to end homelessness. The 95-member group, appointed by the Board of Supervisors, represents:

• Nonprofit Organizations
• Businesses
• Health Care Providers
• Faith Communities
• Government Agencies

The committee is divided into an executive committee and three work groups focused on

• Preventing homelessness
• Increasing affordable housing options
• Delivering services to maintain stable housing
