a. History – Comp Plan, Charrette, Dulles Rail Hearings

b. Requirements for covenant change to allow residential.

c. Map of Area and target properties and general statement of 17 acres.

d. Timeline – Critical project deadlines. RFP and Joint Development Schedule. Future opportunities for public input. Staff and SC role.

4) LISTEN and record input, thoughts and concerns

a. Moderator should alternate questions from different perspectives.
