This is an informational meeting for citizens on a specific subject each month. A notice is sent to your association representative with an agenda. If you are interested in being the contact for this meeting with/instead of the representative for your area, please contact your representative and let them know. It is an open meeting to all who are interested. Supervisor Kauffman and his staff are usually there for a Round Robin.

The group meets in the Helen Wilson Community Room (Franconia Government Center, 6121 Franconia Road) on the fourth (4th) Wednesday each month with a few exceptions (see the schedule below). Meetings are at 7:30 p.m., but please call to confirm.
