This is an informational meeting for citizens on a specific subject each month and is done by both the Franconia District Station and the Mount Vernon District Station.

The Franconia District Station group meets in the Helen Wilson Community Room (Franconia Government Center, 6121 Franconia Road) at 7:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday each month with a few exceptions.

The Mount Vernon District Station group meets in their Community Room (Mt. Vernon Government Center, 2511 Parkers Lane) at 7:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday each month with a few exceptions.

The West Springfield District Station group meets in their Community Room (West Springfield Government Center, 6140 Rolling Road) at 7:30 p.m. on the first Tuesday each month with a few exceptions.
