My newsletter, called "Neighborhood News", is generally published once a year.
When there are major issues going on, I will publish three versions to give general district updates and then an update for the specific area. When three versions are printed they are: Kingstowne/Franconia, Springfield and Route One.
Additionally, I write a monthly article on a current issue. If you would
