download from the Internet and read on your computer.
What do I need to access
eBooks?
Your Fairfax
County Public Library card. For netLibrary,
you also need to establish a free account with that
company which can be done via our Web site. You
need Adobe
Reader software which is available for free,
if you want to read a PDF-formatted eBook. For OverDrive
eBooks, you may also need to install the Mobipocket
Reader. |

LearningExpress Library provides interactive online
practice tests and tutorial courses series designed to prepare people
to succeed on academic or licensing tests. Immediate scoring, complete

NetLibrary makes available access
to thousands of eBooks on a wide variety of subjects. After you log on you will need to create an account with NetLibrary. Titles are listed in the NetLibrary
online catalog.
eBooks may be
read on your PC or laptop using your Web browser. They may not be downloaded or copied to a CD.

OverDrive provides access to
hundreds of eAudiobooks, eBooks and eVideo titles. Titles are
listed in OverDrive's online
catalog.
eAudiobooks and eVideo titles may be enjoyed on your Windows computer
and may be downloaded to selected
Windows-compatible portable devices. If you see you
may copy the eAudiobook to CD. eVideos cannot be copied to CD. You will need to download a copy of the OverDrive
Media Console to use this service. You must also have a Fairfax
