Canceling a Hold

You may cancel your hold request on a title you no longer need.

Cancel a hold ready for pickup

1. Login to the catalog by entering your library card number and password.
2. Select "My Account" at the top of the page.
3. Select "Review My Account."
4. Select the "Holds" tab.
5. Check the box next to each title you wish to cancel.
6. Select "Cancel Selected."
   
   

Cancel a hold not ready for pickup

1. Login to the catalog by entering your library card number and password.
2. Select "My Account" in the top grey banner.
3. Select "Review My Account."
4. Select the "Holds" tab.
5. Check the box next to each title you wish to cancel.
6. Check the box next to "Cancel Selected."
7. Select "Cancel selected holds."

Access to your account is not available from 9:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily.
