Enrolled in a public, private, or parochial school, college or university in Fairfax County, the City of Fairfax, or the Towns of Herndon or Vienna	Fee: None Expiration: None Requirements: Must verify name and address.
Employed in Fairfax County, the City of Fairfax, or the Towns of Herndon or Vienna	Fee: None Expiration: None Requirements: Must verify name, address, and employment.
Corporation located in Fairfax County, the City of Fairfax, the Towns of Herndon or Vienna, or a reciprocal jurisdiction Incorporated day care center in Fairfax County, the City of Fairfax, or the Towns of Herndon or Vienna Public, private, or parochial school, college or university in Fairfax County, the City of Fairfax, or the Towns of Herndon or Vienna Is an agency of Fairfax County, the City of Fairfax, or the Towns of Herndon or Vienna	Fee: None Expiration: 1 year Requirements: Send a letter on company letterhead stating the name of person/s who will be personally responsible for the materials checked out on the card to: Library Administration 12000 Government Center Parkway Suite 324, Fairfax, VA 22035-0012 Attn: Circulation Services Manager
Does not meet any of the other conditions, for example, a non-resident card	Fee: $27/year Expiration: 1 year Requirements: Fill out the application form. Payment may be made online or by check or money order via mail delivery. You may also pay in person at any library branch with cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
