Fees accrue daily on items kept past the due date. You may pay fees with cash, check*, Visa or MasterCard credit and debit cards at any library branch. Other library fees may be found here.

Responsibility for returning items in a timely manner belongs to the accountholder. If you sign up for e-mail notification, a reminder notice will be sent to the e-mail address in your record three days before an item's due date and a second notice will be sent on the due date. An overdue notice will be e-mailed to you when an item is five days past its due date, and again when an item is ten days past its due date. If you do not choose to receive e-mail notifications about your account, you will receive a phone call when the item is ten days past due.

Borrowing privileges are blocked until fees of $15 or more or fees of any amount owed for more than one year are paid. The library uses a collection agency to assist in recovering books. For an account referred to the collection agency, there is a $10 charge added to it. The full replacement cost plus a $3.00 processing fee is charged for each item reported lost or which is overdue more than 50 days. Should an item subsequently be found, no refund will be issued.

Other fees
