Non-Resident Library Card Application

If your home address is not in Fairfax County or the City of Fairfax, you may apply for a non-resident card which costs $27.00 per year. The first year fee must be paid before the card may be used.

When your nonresident account has been processed, you will receive an email with your account number and instructions for paying the $27.00 annual fee.
