From the Alexandria Area:

Take Rt. 7 (Leesburg Pike) west.
Three stoplights beyond the intersection with Columbia Pike make a left turn on Glen Carlyn Dr.
Follow Glen Carlyn Dr. as it curves left and sharply to the right. Go to the second stop sign at Knollwood Dr.
Turn right then immediately left into the parking lot of the library.

From the Annandale Area:

Take Rt.236 (Little River Turnpike) east.
Turn left at John Marr Dr.
Turn right on Rt. 244 (Columbia Pike). Continue approximately 3 miles to Blair Rd. and make a left turn at the stoplight.
Go about 1/2 mile to the bottom of the hill and turn right on Glen Carlyn Dr.
Go to the first stop sign which is Knollwood Dr. and turn left.
Another immediate left will put you in the library's parking lot.

From the Fairfax City Area:

Take Rt.. 50 (Arlington Blvd) east until it intersects Rt.7 (Leesburg Pike).
Go east on Rt.7 for approximately 1.4 miles to Glen Carlyn Dr.
Turn right at the stoplight and follow Glen Carlyn Dr. as it curves left and sharply to the right.
Go to the second stop sign at Knollwood Dr. and turn right.
Make an immediate left turn into the library's parking lot.

From the Seven Corners Area:

Go east on Rt.7 (Leesburg Pike) for approximately 1 1/4 miles to Glen Carlyn Dr.
Turn right at the stoplight and follow Glen Carlyn as it curves left and sharply to the right.
Go to the second stop sign at Knollwood Dr. and turn right.
Make an immediate left turn into the library's parking lot.

From the Springfield Area:

Take Backlick Road to Braddock Road.
Turn right on Braddock Rd (Rt. 620) and continue approximately 3 miles until it dead-ends into Columbia Pike.
Go about 1 mile to Blair Rd. and make a left turn at the stoplight.
Go about 1/2 mile to the bottom of the hill and turn right on Glen Carlyn Dr.
Go to the first stop sign which is Knollwood Dr. and turn left.
Another immediate left will put you in the library's parking lot.

From the Tysons Corner Area:

Take Rt.7 (Leesburg Pike) east approximately 5 1/2 miles from the I-495 & Rt.7 interchange to Glen Carlyn Dr.
Turn right at the stoplight and follow Glen Carlyn as it curves left and sharply right.
Go to the second stop sign at Knollwood Dr. and turn right.
Make an immediate left turn into the library's parking lot.

From Washington, D.C.:

Cross Memorial Bridge. Follow Rt. 27 (Washington Blvd) by the Pentagon.
Exit onto Columbia Pike (Rt. 244) and go west. Follow Columbia Pike to Bailey's Crossroads.
About 1/2 mile beyond Bailey's Crossroads Shopping Center turn right at the stoplight at Blair Rd.
Go about 1/2 mile to the bottom of the hill and turn right on Glen Carlyn Dr.
Go to the second stop sign which is Knollwood Dr. and turn left.
Another immediate left turn will put you into the library's parking lot.

From I-495:

Due to the ongoing construction of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, you may experience delays, detours or temporary road closures. For up to date information, you can call the branch or log onto http://www.wilsonbridge.com/

Take Capital Beltway to new Exit 47B (Exit 10), Rt. 7 (Leesburg Pike).
Go east approximately 5 1/2 miles to Glen Carlyn Dr. Turn right and follow Glen Carlyn Dr. as it curves left and sharply to the right.
Go to the second stop sign at Knollwood Dr. and turn right.
Make an immediate left into the library's parking lot.

From I-395:

Take Exit 5, Rt. 7 (Leesburg Pike). Go west approximately 2.8 miles.
Three stoplights beyond the intersection with Columbia Pike make a left turn on Glen Carlyn Dr.
Follow Glen Carlyn Dr. as it curves left and sharply right. Go to the second stop sign at Knollwood Dr.
Turn right, then immediately left into the library's parking lot.

From I-66:

Take Exit 66, Rt. 7 (Leesburg Pike). Go east approximately 4 1/4 miles to Glen Carlyn Dr.
Turn right and follow Glen Carlyn Dr. as it curves left and sharply to the right.
At the second stop sign, which is Knollwood Dr., turn right.
Make an immediate left turn into the library's parking lot.

Parking:

Outdoor lot parking is available free of charge.

Public Transportation:

Metrobus Routes 16B and 16C, marked "Culmore", travel between the Pentagon Metro Station and Woodrow Wilson Community Library. From the Pentagon metro stop, the ride to Woodrow Wilson Library is about 20 minutes. Exit at the stop sign at Glen Carlyn Dr. and Knollwood Dr. The library is located at the southwest corner of this intersection. On weekdays during rush hour buses run approximately every 30 minutes. Metrobus 16C service runs every day including weekends. For more information, visit the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority Virginia Bus Schedules.
Metrobus Routes 4A and 4C, marked "Culmore", travel between the Pentagon Metro Station and Woodrow Wilson Community Library. From the Rosslyn metro stop, theride to the library is about 15 minutes. Exit at Glen Carlyn Dr. and Knollwood Dr. The library is located at the southwest corner of this intersection. During rush hour buses run approximately every 30 minutes. During midday buses run approximately every 40 minutes. Metrobus 4A and 4C service is available Monday - Friday. There is no service on weekends.
