Who is eligible for home delivery?
Fairfax County and City of Fairfax residents of all ages who are unable to visit a local library due to a temporary or permanent disability may qualify for free home delivery of library materials from the Access Services branch. Materials are borrowed and returned by mail at no cost to the user.

How do I register?
Request an application by e-mail, by phone at 703-324-8380 or TTY 703-324-8365, or fill out our online application.

How does the program work?
We will open a library account for you with Fairfax County Public Library Access Services branch. You may select your own materials or you may choose to give us information about your reading interests and our reader advisory staff will select titles for you. Materials are mailed to you in a sturdy bag with a return address card.
