Take Exit
46 to Rt. 123 North (Chain Bridge Road). Proceed
approximately two miles.
After crossing
Old Dominion Drive, turn left on Ingleside Avenue,
the very next street.
Drive one
block on Ingleside. The library is the red brick
building on the left.
Turn left
on Oak Ridge Avenue to enter the parking lot.
From George Washington Memorial Parkway:
Take the
Route 123 exit towards McLean. Route 123 (also called
Chain Bridge Road and, later on, Dolley Madison
Blvd.) goes through McLean.
After crossing
the traffic light at the intersection of Churchill
Road and Dolley Madison Boulevard, get into the
right lane and proceed .3 mile.
Turn right
on Ingleside Avenue. Drive one block on Ingleside.
The library is the red brick building on the left.
Turn left
on Oak Ridge Ave. to enter the parking lot.
From the Dulles Toll Road:
Take the
Toll Road (Route 267) towards Washington.
Take Exit
19 B "Route 123 North" (Dolley Madison Blvd.). Get
into the left lane as soon as possible.
Proceed 1.3
miles, crossing two major intersections with traffic
lights. After crossing Old Dominion Drive, the second
intersection, turn left immediately at Ingleside
Avenue.
Drive one
block on Ingleside. The library is the red brick
building on the left.
Turn left
on Oak Ridge Ave. to enter the parking lot.
From Georgetown Pike:
Turn right
on Ball's Hill Road which is the next light after
going over I-495.
Turn left
on the fourth road -- Churchill Road.
Go past
Churchill Road School over a small bridge and take
the next right, which is Ingleside Avenue.
After a steep
hill, the Community Center and the library will
be on the right. The library is the red brick building.
Turn right
on Oak Ridge Avenue to enter the parking lot.
From I-66:
Take the Beltway
(I-495) toward Dulles Airport and proceed as in
the "From the Beltway" directions
above.
Metrobus
Routes 15K and 15L, the "Chain Bridge Road" Line,
travel between the Rosslyn Metro Station and Dolley
Madison Community Library. Metrobus Routes 23A,
B, C, and T, the "McLean-Crystal City" Line, travel
from the Ballston Metro Station to within 5 blocks
of the Dolley Madison Library. For more information,
