From I-495:
Take I-95 South/Richmond to Exit 163/Lorton.
Turn left onto Lorton Road. Go .8 miles.
Turn right onto Armistead Rd. (Rt. 748). Go one block to traffic
light.
Turn right onto Route 1 Go 1-1/2 blocks.
The library is the red brick building on the right. The entrance is on the back side.
From Fredericksburg:
Take I-95 North to Exit 163/Lorton.
Turn left onto Lorton Rd. Go .7 miles.
Turn right onto Armistead Rd. (Rt. 748). Go one block to traffic
light.
Turn right onto Route 1. Go 1-1/2 blocks.
The library is the red brick building on the right. The entrance is on the back side.
From Pohick Regional Library:
Turn right on Sydenstricker Road. Continue for .9 miles to a four way
stop at Huntsman Blvd.
Turn right on Huntsman Blvd. Continue for 1.4 miles to the Fairfax
County Parkway (286).
Take the Parkway east 3.1 miles to the Rolling Road South exit.
Follow Rolling Rd for 3.9 miles to Route 1. (It changes names to Pohick
Rd after 2.5 miles.)
Turn right on Route 1 (Richmond Highway) and continue for 1.1 miles to
9520 Richmond Highway.
The library is the red brick building on the right. The entrance is in
back.

Public Transportation:
Metrobus does not provide service to this area.
Fairfax Connector Route 371 travels between Franconia-Springfield Metro Station and Lorton. It serves Lorton VRE Station, Lorton Market and Lorton (I-95) park and ride lots, Fort Belvoir north area (Backlick Road), Fullerton Industrial Park, Saratoga Shopping Center, Gunston Plaza, South County High School, and Laurel Hill.
