This small cemetery is
located at the southwest corner of Hampton Rd. and Ox
Rd. There are 10+ unmarked burials in addition to those
listed below. One broken concrete headstone and a plastic
funeral home marker (CUNNINGHAM- MOUNTCASTLE Funeral
Home marker, name "TYER", dates fallen off)
are located by a large oak tree near the western edge
of the plot. Cemetery is clean and well maintained.
Note: A 1955 survey of
this cemetery also recorded headstones for T. THORNTON
MARSHALL (1870 - 1951), CHARLOTTE I. MARSHALL (1873
- 19--), and RAY A. MARSHALL (1896 - 1939). All three
are now located at Pohick Episcopal Church, Lorton,
Va.
