Ratcliffe/Coleman/Hanna Family Cemetery

Located 10 yards east of Centreville Rd., between Worldgate Dr. and Dulles Toll Rd., Herndon, Va.

This is the burial place of the noted Confederate spy LAURA RATCLIFFE HANNA and her husband MILTON HANNA. The Hanna Family home, "Merrybrook", still stands at 2346 Centreville Rd. The cemetery is surrounded by a 20' x 20' wrought iron fence and contains only one inscribed marker, a large granite marker inscribed on one side. The cemetery is clean and well maintained, although a dense hedge surrounds the fence obscuring it's presence to casual passersby.
