The Clifton Cemetery Association was chartered in 1900 (Charter Book 1:113) to supply a burial place for "the said Town of Clifton and vicinity." The property was purchased on Jan 6, 1902 and now contains 200+ burials. NOTE: Formerly know as PAYNES CEMETERY.
