Fisher Family Cemetery

8455 Hampton Way, Fairfax Station, Va.

A. N. and ROXIE FISHER purchased twenty acres of land from Thomas Moore, Special Commissioner for Fairfax County, in 1882 (Db B5:292). The Fishers sold the land to GEORGE W. SMALLWOOD in 1904, but reserved a 1/8 acre burial ground and access rights to same (Db Q6:25). The cemetery contains only four graves. The area is wooded and neglected.

Surveyed 2/7/88 by Brian A. Conley

Note: The four burials were removed to Fairfax Memorial Park, Sept. 14-15, 1996.
