The cemetery was located about 600' east northeast of the Cartersville Baptist Church, at the intersection of Hunter Mill Rd. and Sunrise Valley Dr., on the west side of an old fence along the eastern periphery of the property. A large oak tree, growing on the east side of the fence, shaded the site. There was one headstone, four graves clearly marked by fieldstones, and 10+ grave depressions. Gopher holes pockmarked the site. The cemetery was overgrown and neglected.
