Helps any woman in the Northern Virginia area who is interested in starting or expanding her small business.
Entrepreneurship Career Studies Certificate Program
A partnership between Northern Virginia Community College and the ECDC
Economic Development Group providing a 26-credit program – with a
specialized component for working adults – designed to help people begin
and grow small businesses by providing instruction in entrepreneurial
culture, strategy, operations, financial management, marketing and
