Event registrants give permission to be photographed and/or videotaped by Fairfax County government representatives. Registrants acknowledge and agree that the photographs and videos may be edited and used for noncommercial purposes as desired in any Fairfax County government print or electronic media. Registrants understand that photographs and videos become the property of Fairfax County without compensation to registrants, and also that any photographs and videos may be subject to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.
