You don't have the title I want in the library's
collection. How can I get it?
There are four options available. If another public library in the Washington D.C. Metro area owns the title, you may be able to borrow it by going to that library and using your reciprocal borrower privileges. We may be able to locate the desired book from another library using interlibrary loan. Also, Fairfax County Public Library has a borrowing agreement with the George Mason University libraries. Visit your library branch to initiate this request as there is paperwork required. Additionally, you may recommend the library purchase the title using the online form Suggest a Title to be Purchased. -
