Centreville Regional Library.Established in the early 1970s, the Friends of the Centreville Regional Library have been active supporters of the Library from its inception. Recent retirements and relocations have put the organization into a downsizing mode; though smaller, their support and commitment continues to be strong.

Despite this transition, the Friends maintain an ongoing book sale with proceeds benefiting the Centreville Regional Library and the system as a whole. Strong advocates for the public library, their effective support for two bond issues providing capital for both the property and building of the Centreville Regional Library was particularly impressive. As they look to the future, the Friends of the Centreville Regional Library will continue to be a vital resource for the Library and its community.
