The Fairfax County Public Library’s Grants & Funding Research Center is a Cooperating Collection of the Foundation Center. The library’s GFRC is one of more than 240 Cooperating Collections in the U.S., and its mission is to help grant seekers find funding. Grant seekers include nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurs, government agencies and private institutions. There is no charge to users for this service.

The library’s GFRC provides access to online grant-seeking resources not available for free on the Internet, plus print publications such as:

Guide to Funding for International and Foreign Programs;

Guide to U.S. Foundations, Their Trustees, Officers, and Donors;

The library’s GFRC also offers educational workshops, including instruction on the basics of grant-seeking.
