Join Library Director Edwin “Sam” Clay III and members of the Library Board of Trustees as they provide information and answer your questions about the library bond referendum at Pohick Regional Library, Sunday, Oct. 28, 3 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
The library bond referendum will be on the general election ballot Nov. 6. Voters will be asked to consider whether the county should issue a $25 million bond to renovate and build library facilities as well as issue bonds for other county agency projects. The Redskins game will be on; the Fairfax Library Foundation will provide delicious desserts and drinks and the foundation and multiple library friends groups will provide great giveaways to lucky attendees including a Nook eReader; a Kindle eReader and more.
Enjoy a relaxing afternoon while you learn about the bond, enjoy delicious food and drink and watch the tail end of the Redskins game.
