The Best of Maeve Binchy
Long time readers of Maeve Binchy were saddened by the news of her death in July 2012. Many of our library customers, who were introduced to her by such works as Circle of Friends, eagerly await Binchy's last book. A Week in Winter, her final novel, was completed just days before her death. Binchy once said of herself, "I'd like people to think I was a good friend and a reasonable storyteller and to know that thanks to all the great people, family and friends that I met, I was very, very happy when I was here."
