Audio-described videos incorporate voice narration in quiet moments which explains visual and non-verbal elements and enables those with blindness or low vision to appreciate
and enjoy the program. A collection
of audio-described videos located in the Access Services Branch includes classic, popular, and award-winning
movies. These videos may be borrowed by customers certified eligible for the Talking Books program, which is administered by Access Services
on behalf of the National Library Service.
