Donations of books and magazines may be accepted during open hours at any branch of the Fairfax County Public Library, including Technical Operations, which is in the same building as the Chantilly Regional Library.

Donated materials become the property of the library and may be added to the collection or sold at the library's discretion. Receipts acknowledging donations are available. The library does not assign a monetary value to donations. Please call ahead to make sure the library branch is currently accepting donations.

The Fairfax Library Foundation offers a Wish List through Amazon.com of high-demand books, selected by library specialists, that you can donate to the library. You can be sure that you're meeting an immediate and specific need.
