The library's limited meeting room space is available at no charge for
use by nonprofit organizations and individuals for educational,
cultural, and informational community meetings and programs. Meeting
rooms are available during regular operating hours. Each branch reserves
its own rooms, following the "Fairfax
County Public Library Guidelines for Meeting Room Use." Branch meeting room capacities are listed below.
Meeting rooms at the Dolley Madison, Great Falls, Martha Washington,
Oakton,
Reston Regional, and Tysons-Pimmit Regional libraries are available
during expanded hours, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Contact the branch
for details. Some meeting rooms are equipped with devices for people who are hearing
impaired. Call the branch for specific details regarding the
availability of such devices. Assistive listening devices may also be
borrowed from the library's Access Services department; call
703-324-8380 or TTY 703-324-8365 to make arrangements.
