Talking Books is a free service from the National Library Service to lend recorded materials to anyone who is unable to read or use standard printed materials as a result of temporary or permanent visual or physical impairment. Special equipment is loaned to play the recorded materials. Applications must be completed, certified, and returned to the Access Services branch.
