Public Safety


Fairfax County's public safety agencies provide the highest level of quality services possible. Below you will find information on programs and services provided by our public safety agencies: Police Department, Fire and Rescue Department, Sheriff's Office and Department of Public Safety Communications (9-1-1 Call Center) . In addition, the Office of Emergency Management teaches residents about potential hazards in their community and how to protect themselves and their families by preparing in advance.
