Report Pink Deer
The Fairfax County Wildlife Biologist Office maintains a ‘4-Poster’ treated deer recording system and would like to be informed of any pink deer, or other wildlife, found in the county that have been treated with pesticide.
The information residents provide is very important for us to maintain a record of deer, and other wildlife, treated with the pesticide from a ‘4-Poster’ deer treatment station and to observe the movement of treated deer in the county during the pilot study.
Do not touch, handle or feed wild animals. Direct contact with wild animals should be avoided at all times. For the safety of our wildlife and human residents - Keep wild animals wild.
If you observe animals marked with pink dye, please call 703-246-6868 or contact Wildlife Biologist Staff by email.
