The Richmond Highway Express "REX" Bus runs between Fort Belvior and the King Street Metro station. Express stops are clearly marked with colorful signs and a convenient time table. The REX bus runs from 5:30 am to 10:00 pm at night, and the fare is one dollar. Watch for the blue and gold signs along Route 1 to see where you can jump on the bus! The schedule is viewable here, or you can pick up a copy at the Supervisor's Office.
Bus service isn’t limited to the Richmond Highway Corridor. Other popular routes are:
- Fairfax Connector Bus 151/152 from Huntington Station to Mount Vernon
- Fairfax Connector Bus 161/162 from Huntington Metro to Hybla Valley/Mount Vernon Hospital
