Why is embracing diversity a challenge? Dealing with diversity can be daunting. In the past, the people we interacted with were very similar to ourselves. Today, our communities have become increasingly more diverse. New immigrants and refugees living in America also face multiple challenges. Let’s Talk! Share personal stories and experiences, honestly express perspectives, clarify view points, and develop solutions to the realities which make dealing with diversity a challenge. A light meal and refreshments will be provided. This event is FREE and open to the public.
