Modern Dance Workshop for Individuals 50 Years of Age or Older

Hollin Hall Senior Center – 1500 Shennandoah Road, Alexandria, VA 22308

The Choreographers Collaboration Project (CCP) in partnership with Neighborhood and Community Services Groveton and Hollin Hall Senior Centers, presents a four week modern dance workshop for individuals 50+.  Workshops will be held on four consecutive Saturdays:  February 26^th, March 5^th, 12^th and 19^th from 3 - 4:30 p.m. at Hollin Hall Senior Center.  The workshops will include a warm-up, improvisation exercises, and opportunity to choreograph and create a dance.  Students will perform their dance on Saturday, March 26^th at Minnie Howard School auditorium in Alexandria, VA. Cost:  $20 for the four week program.
