Make A Difference Day at Mott Community Center

Please join us for a Make A Difference Day. Volunteers will work on the following projects:
Pack School Supplies for the Children of Haiti
Help FAIRFAX FAMILIES4 KIDS pack school supplies for the children of
Haiti. The goal is to provide school supplies for 100 children of Grace
Village, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The items for the Children of Haiti will
be mailed via partnership with Arise & Walk Foundation and Grace
International of Haiti. A suggested donation list is on the back.
Mott Computer Clubhouse Reorganization
Mott Computer Clubhouse is part of the Intel Computer Clubhouse Network
located in Fairfax County, Virginia, with a cluster of six other
clubhouses in the county. Clubhouses in Fairfax County are supported by
the Equal Footing Foundation from Northern Virginia Technology Council,
Fairfax County, and the computer clubhouse network. Volunteers are needed
to help in the new layout of the clubhouse. You will have the opportunity
to improve the appearance of the clubhouse. No technology or computer
experience is necessary.
Donation Drive for the Fairfax County Animal Shelter
The Animal Shelter always needs and appreciates your donations. Won’t
you take a moment to help the less fortunate animals in your community?
Mott Community Center will be sponsoring a donation drive for the Fairfax
County Animal Shelter. This program is to help feed and take care of
animals that either need socialization, treatment for an illness, or just
some extra time to adjust to the shelter environment.
This event is FREE and open to everyone.
