Kingstowne Center for Active Adults invites you join us for our summer open house on Saturday, June 18. Scheduled demonstrations include:
1 p.m. - Tai Chi
1:30 p.m. - Line Dancing
2 p.m. - Chair Zumba
2:30 p.m. - Zumba
3 p.m. - Healthy Heart
3:30 p.m. - Strength & Balance
We will also have a variety of different activities for the entire family. This event is FREE and open to the public. Advanced registration is not required.
