Roles and Responsibilities
The Prevention Coordinating Team is the core planning and process group. The members are responsible for the overall design and implementation of the system components and for identifying on-the-ground strategies and support needed for system integration.
- Serve as the core planning and process group
- Responsible for the overall design and implementation of the system components
- Work with the strategy team to determine priorities
- Coordinate the work of the workgroups
- Manage the overall work plan
- Develop strategies to integrate prevention efforts in to agency and school services and activities
- Report progress to strategy team and commit to regular communication plan
- Keep the vision - how will this impact our community and our residents
