In each of these positions Shoup has been responsible for supervision of staff, interpretation and administration of county Zoning and Noise Ordinance provisions, including: presenting evidence or providing testimony in court; researching and analyzing information; and working with and making presentations before the Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals and various community and civic groups who interact with the county.
