Electronic Newsletter from Fairfax County
Anyone interested in viewing agendas for upcoming Fairfax County Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission or Board of Zoning Appeals meetings is invited to subscribe to the new electronic Weekly Agenda, a weekly e-mail newsletter that will make its debut Thursday, July 3. Also included in the newsletter will be links to board action summaries and information about board-appointed commission, authority and board meetings. The current printed edition of the Weekly Agenda was eliminated as part of the fiscal year 2004 budget reductions. The final printed edition will be published June 26.
The new electronic version will be disseminated in a more timely manner, using no paper, at less cost, in a more complete form. The agendas and summaries included in the printed Weekly Agenda are currently edited due to space limitations. With the new electronic version, the information will be provided in its original, unedited format, providing more information about Fairfax County government action.
Readers will also be able to manage their own subscriptions, with the ability to unsubscribe or change address information at any time. In order to receive the electronic Weekly Agenda (which will continue to be published on Thursday each week), people must add themselves to the e-mail distribution list.

For current subscribers who do not have Internet access, printed copies of the agendas and summaries are currently, and will continue to be, available through the respective offices that provide staff support to the Board of Supervisors, the Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals.
