A Resource Fair for Families will be held this Thursday, Feb. 17, from 5 - 8 p.m. at South Lakes High School, 11400 South Lakes Drive in Reston.
There will be a free dinner and child care. Parents can learn about summer camps; youth sports and recreation; after-school programs; home and car safety; gang, drug and alcohol prevention resources; family support services; and local transportation. Many of these programs offer scholarships or reduced fees.
Beginning at 4:45 until 8:15 p.m., there will be free shuttle bus service every 20 minutes to South Lakes High School from Dogwood, Hunters Woods, Forest Edge and Lake Anne Elementary Schools.
